KYC Policy

Customer security is a key factor for a Binary Broker, and we commit ourselves to protecting our clients' interests as seriously as possible.
    Given all of the above, we have implemented a number of KYC (Know Your Client) procedures designed to ensure the security of our customers' personal information, while at the same time it allows us to support the Binary Broker in accordance with the best principles and rules of financial services companies. They are aimed at preventing any instances of identity theft, money laundering, fraud or terrorist activities.
    We work on the basis of strict uncompromising. Any fraudulent activity will be documented and lead to the immediate closure of any trading accounts associated with such activities. The funds contributed to any such accounts will be confiscated.
    You, as a client of the Binary Broker, should be interested in the correct implementation of the KYC procedures. These procedures protect your personal data, and your financial transactions remain safe. Without KYC procedures, your trading activity will be limited and you will not be able to withdraw funds from your account.
    Our KYC procedures are extremely detailed, but at the same time remain simple for our customers.
    Opening and financing a trading account with a Binary Broker will require the following documents from you:
    1. A document proving your identity. It can be:
    • Passport
    • National identity card
    • Driver's license
    The identity document should clearly show the following:
    • Your full name
    • Date of your birth
    • Expiration date
    • Clear photo
    The minimum period of validity of the identity document must be 6 months before the expiration date.
    2. Document proving the address of residence
    Your document confirming the address of residence must be a clear and legible copy of any of the following documents:
    • Bank or credit card statement
    • Utility bill, this could be water, electricity, telephone or gas
    Your document confirming the address of residence should clearly show the following:
    Your full name
    Your residential address - This address must correspond to the address you provided when registering your account.
    The document confirming the address of residence must be dated the last 6 months.
    3. Copy of credit card
    If you use a credit card to fund your account, we will need copies of the front and back of this credit card with all digits, except for the last four, which you need to cover. The CVV code on the back of the card must also be closed. The name and signature of the owner should be clearly visible.
